You were made for a purpose and part of that purpose is to
live a life of purpose wholly and pleasing to God!
There are five area of purpose for your life:
1) Worship: We were formed for God's pleasure .
1 Samuel 12:24 But
be sure to fear the LORD and serve him faithfully with all your heart; consider
what great things he has done for you.
2 ) Fellowship: We were formed to
be part of a marvelous family.
Ephesians 1:13 And
you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the
gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a
seal, the promised Holy Spirit,
3) Discipleship: You were created to become Christ-like.
1 Corinthians 15:49
And just as we have borne the image of the earthly man, so shall we bear
the image of the heavenly man.
4) Ministry: You were dedicated for service to God.
2 Timothy 2:21 Those
who cleanse themselves from the latter will be instruments for special
purposes, made holy, useful to the Master and prepared to do any good work.
5) Evangelism: You have been assigned a mission.
Mark 16:15 He said
to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.
