Ephesians 2:18-19 (NIV)
18 For through him we both have access to the Father by
one Spirit.19 Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and
strangers, but fellow citizens with God’s people and also members of his
household,
Matthew 26:28
For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for
the remission of sins.
1 John 2:2 And
he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for [the
sins of] the whole world.
Hebrews 9: 21 – 22
…21 And in the same way he sprinkled both the tabernacle and all the
vessels of the ministry with the blood. 22 And according to the Law, one
may almost say, all things are cleansed with blood, and without shedding of
blood there is no forgiveness.
Have you ever been guilty of having a superior attitude
about another person’s weakness? I know I have, I’m embarrassed and ashamed to
admit it but I have. It’s crazy to think
to think we can access the cleansing blood that delivered us from the sewers of
hell of our “secret” sins and then look down on another brother or sister. Who
are we to deny them access to the only answer to their problems?
The spirit of Cain is running rampant in the body of Christ….we
have killed our brothers and sisters and shed their blood just because they are
different; his/her skin color is different, his/her sin is different and we
kill because we can’t reconcile it to our thinking. Release your prey! Allow
them to the opportunity to experience restoration and righteousness that can
only come through the blood.
Without the blood all
flesh dies – black white, rich, poor, heterosexual, homosexual, drug addict or
alcoholic. Without salvation through the blood of Christ and the Holy Spirit to
empower it, NO FLESH
CAN BE SAVED
