Matthew 25:21 New International Version (NIV)
21 “His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful
servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of
many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’
We want it all now! We don't want to have to wait for
anything. But God has a principle that is absolutely vital: we will be
entrusted with much only after we have been faithful with a little. So let's
not discount those moral choices about "small and inconsequential
matters." How we handle these reveals who we are and helps determines what
we become.
Thought for today:
Do I overlook the tiny acts as insignificant because the larger things brig
accolades?
