Philippians 2:9-11 (NIV)
9 Therefore God exalted him to the highest place
and gave him the name that is above every name,
10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
11 and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father.
and gave him the name that is above every name,
10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
11 and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father.
When Jesus is exalted, when his name is praised and his
glory confessed, God is honored and blessed. Praise be the glorious name of
Jesus of Nazareth, our great Messiah the Christ, Savior, Son of God, and
conquering King!
Thought for today:
Do I exalt God or do I use words like luck, Karma and opportunity?
