No Additives: The Ultimate Preservative – March 15 , 2015

1 John 1:6 -8       …6 If we say that we have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth; 7 but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin. 8 If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us.…

Proverbs 20:9     Who can say, "I have kept my heart pure; I am clean and without sin"?

1 John 2:4     Whoever says, "I know him," but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in that person.

Did you ever stop to think about the body, it’s functioning and purpose? The blood and the heart are the only things that touch and impact the functioning of the entire body. The blood carries life sustaining “cargo” for the rest of the body and the heart is the engine that drives the entire freight system. If the blood and its cargo in bottle-necked or blocked for any length of time the system could collapse. A form of asphyxia is created and it could result in a very harmful internal deprivation. Every part of the body needs to be supplied with this precious “cargo”.

The blood also acts as a sentry…detecting and developing defenses for things that should not be present

The physical body is divinely designed to mimic the power of the blood of Christ. Every part of the body regardless of position needs to be sustained by the blood. Without the blood you have no seal of sanctification on your birth certificate.

It’s not enough to say “I believe” – without the blood, we cease to have proof of our kinship
